Professional Experience:

In about 1996 under another regime Herts LEA attempted to close Gaddesden Row School and were rather surprised by the huge turn out at the public meeting. It seemed that Jasper’s contribution to this was valued and he subsequently worked with the group which successfully fought the closure. After several years of approaches he ran out of reasons not to join the governing body and joined in 2006. He takes a special interest in resources; money, physical resources and people resources. He states his greatest satisfaction with the role is aiding the continuous development of a small village school to the achievement of very high standards.
