Thank you for showing interest in Martial Arts Club.

 

This club runs afterschool on a Wednesday from 3.15pm - 4.15pm and costs £3.50 per lesson. If you would like your child to start this club, please fill in the permission form below and Mrs Crowie will send home all the details.

Please 'send' this form to advise the school that you want your child to stay for Martial Arts Club on Wednesday. All 4 Sports will contact you directly for payment.
